The property was clean, and the room was very large. The shower water was so good, bed was new, big tv a big plus, cause most Brazilian Hotel has small tvs, and finally the price, I stayed in other hotels in the area, and this hotel has more quality than other big hotels name, believe me.

Great value for family of four adults. Very clean and friendly staff. After we notified the staff of allergies we were experiencing, they cleaned the whole room with alcohol and change the mattress.

Boa estadia. A suíte era bem grande e espaçosa! A cama muito boa e as roupas de cama sempre limpas! Chuveiro excelente! Ar condicionado muito bom, inclusive tinham 2 aparelhos no mesmo quarto! O box tinha um vazamento para a área externa, mas nada grave! Havia um pouco de ruído externo, acredito que algum equipamento externo que atrapalhava um pouco, mas não tirou o sono! A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o acerto do consumo, aonde informaram que teríamos consumido um chocolate o que não aconteceu! Diante disso, tive que assinar uma declaração negando o consumo e achei isso um pouco deselegante! Poderiam confiar mais na palavra do hóspede!

Hotel bom e funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto grande e confortável, porém sem muitas coisas, bastante espaço livre. Banheiro e banho bons. O sistema de empréstimo de toalhas para uso na piscina e praia é muito prático. Nota 6/10. Mereceria 8 em condições normais, se não fosse por alguns problemas: Estadia anunciada com 2 piscinas, Spa e academia, porém devido às obras, não estão disponíveis aos clientes. Uma das piscinas está aberta, em meio à obra, com incômodo de barulho, sujeira e circulação de trabalhadores da obra. Não foi possível usar o benefício do check-in antecipado do Hotels.com Gold apesar da baixa ocupação e em uma terça feira. Check-out tardio foi feita uma flexibilização até às 14h, 1h a mais foi condicionada a pagamento, apesar de constar no anúncio como grátis para membros Gold. Vários diferencias que definiram a escolha por esse hotel entre outros na mesma faixa de preço.

Não fomos informados que o hotel estava em reforma, o estacionamento estava com parte dele servindo de estoque para o material da reforma, por isso não havia vaga o suficiente e no estacionamento externo parte dele também estava comprometido e quem estacionasse estava sujeito a multa. A recepção nos perguntou os dados do carro mais não nos enformou sobre a proibição, tivemos que deixar o nosso carro em uma outra para estacionar. A área de lazer também estava com uma parte interditada. o Ar condicionado do ap um não funcionou e outro não tinha controle e fazia muito barulho. Nós sentimos lesados pois não fomos informados previamente.
