Displaying two separate accommodation spaces with Studio style room on one side and Apartment on the other. Studio room has King bed, Bathroom with fridge, and it's a hotel rooms only - no Kitchen . The Apartment boasts a full kitchen with own bathroom, balcony lounge and dining. Bedroom has king bed and can be partitioned off with sliding walls. This is the perfect base to explore beautiful Mackay and the
CBD. With contemporary, stylish rooms located on the Pioneer River, providing modern and spacious partments with everything you require just a short walk away.

Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $70 per key; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Please do not leave the keys inside the property. Kindly return them to the lockbox upon check-out. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and removing any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

Not at all up to standard
We found that we needed to wear thongs in the bathroom. The taps were mouldy and green in colour. The surfaces throughout were sticky and the walls were marked with dirty spots. The carpets had not been vacuumed. The wardrobe door would not open, so I was unable to hang my clothes or reach the iron to press them. The overall standard of cleanliness was below standard and a health issue. The toilet roll holder was disgusting with built up greasy grim, and the toilet paper was only one ply. The built up grim on the shower walls and floor in the bathroom. The fact that the bin had no lid on it. There was no plug for the sink. There was no garbage bag to replace the one that was filled The screen couldn’t be slid to provide adequate Privacy. We don’t believe it was worth the money we paid. and will never return Sincerely
