Charming but the bed sheets were dirty when we got there. We informed the lady and she brought us new ones but we had to help her make the bed. She said they’d send someone the next day to do it all correctly and change the sheets again. That didn’t happen. Otherwise lovely place with friendly staff

Great accommodation in Mackay.
Great hotel, very quiet but close to restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. Spotlessly clean, well maintained. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
