Located above a Greek restaurant with yummy food, and close to other restaurants, a few mins from the shopping mall and Dan Murphy. Staff were very friendly.
No microwave cookware, luckily we took some with us.

Wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're here for work, unaware it wasn't for family holiday
Property in good central location , room supplied was overlooking a restaurant roof with extraction fans going to all hours, no screen on small balcony with no view. Bed was hard, old and uncomfortable, amenities disjointed from living area and set out like a nursing home. Booked in for three days checked out next morning no refund.
Wasn't told prior or at check in that rooms would not be serviced over the new year long weekend. Not only were they not serviced, but the complex was unmanned new year's day. Not only a security issue but other people were confused about how to check in. Rooms were tidy but tired. Towel rack kept falling off, and drier was too noisy to use while in the room (feel sorry for anyone next door).

Overall stay was pleasant and good. We had a 4 night stay from Thursday to Monday and there was no room service available during the weekend. Wifi was not working as it was under maintenance for the whole 4 days of our stay.

First night there the roof top area was open but for the rest of the stay it was closed. Having to then resort to going to the car park for a smoke.
And the "double bed" was just to singles pushed together. Save the cash and go somewhere cheaper the experience would probably be the same.
