Trash behind the hotel in the mornings, maybe an animal got into the trash cans by the back doors. I was in handicap room and there’s really no place to put your own toiletries out in the bathroom . The chair and ottoman needs to be replaced, chair peeling a lot

Smelly

The room had a mold smell. It was unpleasant. I tried making it better by opening the window to let fresh air in. It didn't help unfortunately. The room was tidy but filthy. For example there were coffee grounds on the vanity counter (because it was never wiped down) and the bathroom floor had dirt on it from the previous tenants.

Nothing special

I use hotels to sleep only, and the bed was very comfortable. The room did smell like cat pee, although it was cleaned every day. My key didnt work after the firat night, and the second key stopped working on the day of checkout, which was probably my fault. The door didnt always close all the way, so had to take extra care to make sure it was closed. Again, not really a big deal. I felt safe in the room. I only had breakfast one day, it was just meh. The pool was closed the 3 days we were there and re-opened on checkout day. It is located in a convenient location, and was very well lit. We had a room that was easy to get to. The shower was clean and the water was hot.

The Handicap Accessible room does not allow pets. Very inconvenient. Had to move to a standard room to be pet friendly.

Get better help.

At first it was amazing. The front desk person he was really nice. Room was lovely. The pool was closed for maintenance. Didnt know there was separate rooms for people with pets and people who dont. Was there for a night. The maid was so rude. She started yelling at us. We paid the manager for the pet fee. She said we had to pay for the room to get cleen and the blankets to get washed. I know at the hotel they have washer and dryer on the premises. So she called us nasty and discussing over a little skid mark on the sheet. I told her we talked to the manager and paid him for the dog. She just keep on talking over us. If I didnt have to drive for 5 hours backhome I would of waited for the manager to come back.Never going back there again. Its sad one cleaning lady had to be so nasty that I won't go back to that hotel. Then they tryed charging my card for 70 dollars. Thank god it was locked. And just yesterday they tried to do it again for 50. I'm so done with people.

I would definitely return, The hotel was very clean staff was very friendly and for the price i payed my mother-in-law and i was very surprised with the variety of breakfast they offered. Thank you Quality inn❤️❤️❤️

it'll do, in a pinch

front desk staff/ owner was very pleasant and helpful...before i get comfortable, i always check the bed sheets and bathroom...the sheets had stains and a little black spot (not sure what it was)...i immediately went back to the front desk, showed him the pics and asked for a different room...he was happy to oblige...the other issue was that a side door to the parking lot was unlocked & no key required to enter, even after 10ish, unlike most hotels, so i didn't feel totally safe...other than that, the bed was comfortable...i also appreciated having a microwave & fridge in the room...the housekeeping staff were very friendly & pleasant...the indoor pool area is nice & big (i did not partake in swimming)...also, i thought it was a bit overpriced...for close to $100 i expected more.
