Hotel was very nice & clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. There are 2 reasons why i only gave 4 stars - cleaning was supposed to be done every other day but was not done at all.during our 3 night stay (had to request clean towels - received in about 5min) and curtanis are designed not to close all the way so the street light in the parking lot shined directly in my face all night long.

Overall, great, with a couple problems.
Posititves: generally friendly staff, clean room and public areas, hot water, good AC, pet friendly, plenty of towels, nicely stocked with coffee et al., and the Bible in room. Negatives: A broken lamp that was propped up so that it would not fall over. A sewing pin with thread attached was sticking up in the couch armrest that went into my hand. Both of these should have been taken care of before we checked in. We would have liked medium firmness pillows. We were not given the Honors gift at check in. No bar soaps.

The staff was good, but a few minor issues I complained about were never resolved. Hotel needs to be updated, for one the door seals need to be done. Can see from your room the lights in the hallway (don’t feel safe in the room, not secure enough). Was given a handicap room, I did not request! Very disappointed in the overall look of the building!

The hotel was fine. Many people with dogs which shows its a great place to stay if you're with your dogs. The bed was very very firm and the property is showing its age. Overall it was just what we needed, apart from the hard mattress.
