1. Lobby—- small & cramped. Limited seating in very poor furniture. 2. Reception — very small. Reception staff very helpful & courteous , went over the top to help. 3. Bell man staff —- very unhelpful. 4. Room —- spacious. Safe broken. Carpet was ver dated & wrinkled. Housekeeping would not clean for 3 days. Closet space ancient. Shower space very small. Room furniture very poor. Tv very small with horrible reception. 5. Internet service very slow. 6. Restaurant —— area looked like a cheap cafeteria. Food being served cold in large fancy looking chafing containers with no burners. Horrible coffee & tea choices served in a cheap truck stop manner. I got stomach upset everytime I ate there. Worst part of stay. 7 The hotel in its present stay was not worth over 50$ a night . We paid $ 225. 8. This hotel rates a maybe 2 out of 10 & not over 2 stars. Would never recommend this to any of my many many friends who travel for umra from USA.

I had a great stay and the best time. The staff are super nice. The room was nice and well stocked with toiletries and amenities. The location can't be beat. I traveled from the USA to Saudi Arabia and stayed for two nights at the Jiwar Al Madina Hotel. I really loved the hotel’s location—just a five-minute walk to the masjid gate. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room and linens The only issue I encountered was that the water pressure in the shower could use some improvement.
