We checked in around 4pm and are room was still not done. As we where at the front desk checking in they went down to are room and had to put towels and stuff in are room. Coffee pot was not even on the counter and the room and bathroom where not very clean

Cups for coffee pot were dirty had already been used. Sheets and pillowcases were very yellow and dingy carpet felt dirty Found a small bug on the bed when we were leaving could’ve been a bedbug we showed it to the Attendant He said it was a bug off the trees don’t know. Their attendance and manager were very nice other than the cleans it was OK

The furniture inside the rooms was old and smelly. The furniture in the room referring to the desk and the headboard was dusty. I have asthma and it was not good for me not happy at all.

We were going to get in after midnight and we called ahead to make arrangements. They said no problem and had everything ready for us. Breakfast was good, not 5 star, but good and plenty of it.

Just don't do it

When I got there no one was even working my room key and receipt were just left on the counter along with several other people's anyone could have gotten there before me and picked them up or better yet just let them self in the room and been waiting for us or me since I was there by myself the last time we stayed in this hotel there was a note on the counter and a phone to call and wake the person up to come to let us into a room it was against my better judgment to stay there again but as the other hotel in town was already full I had no choice this time

Check in was slow. They made a photo copy of my ID and asked for my email and cell number because I booked through Orbitz. I have never had a hotel make a photo copy of my ID before. Seemed very odd.
