The walls are so thin in this building with absolutely no soundproofing. Every TV in the room next to yours can be heard clearly and every footstep above you makes a sound. Children ran up and down the hallways every night and morning without staff saying anything about it. Even after moving rooms, the sound level was similar. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was dirty. We found a hair IN THE BED, crusty yellow stains on the under-sheet, dirty, scraped, gouged walls, unvacuumed carpet, the sink in the bathroom would not drain, the shower floor and walls were dirty. We arrived very late at night, otherwise we would have left. We checked out a day early so we were charged for a single night stay. Granted we slept there and showered in the morning so we did use the room but there should have been a deep discount considering it was unsanitary. The only reason I wont be publicly posting the photos and videos is because of Chastity. She worked the front desk, apologized and did a great job. We had a cordial conversation and left respecting her and her work ethic. It is only because of her customer service I am not demanding a full refund and posting all the pictures and video. I would never be willing to pay the full price to sleep in squalor, which I will never do again, but Chastity had superior customer service and again our conversation was what saved the reputation of this place.

The walls in the room were dirty, in spots it looked like a previous guest blew their nose all over the walls. There were only 2 bath towels in the room and when I asked for one more I was told there were no more available. The body wash in the shower was empty. The attendants were more interested in looking at their phones than helping customers. This hotel had a small bar but at 7 pm on Saturday it was too much work for the associate to serve our group. 2nd time I’ve stayed at this hotel in 2 years and don’t plan on staying again. Both times there was all kinds of late night commotion and the haul ways stunk like pot!! Place looks nice from the outside but not so much in

Dirty Sheets
Our stay was cut short by three days of our choosing. When we entered the room, the door hardware was in rough shape, apparently from someone trying to kick the door in. The door was never repaired properly, and the actual door had play in the swing of at least an inch. When I went to bed that night, I was tired. I rolled over and felt something rough on the lower sheet, but I was too tired to check it out. In the morning, I looked at it, and the sheet had been soiled and never changed. The spot, approximately 8" in circumference, looked like bodily fluid of some sort. At this point, we decided not to spend another night in the hotel. We had originally booked for four nights but checked out after We had booked through Hotel.com so the front desk could not offer any credit to us. We did get an apology but no one wants to sleep in a dirty bed! I wuish we would have taken pictures but we didn't.
