Everything was phenomenal besides the bed. I prefer a softer mattress but it’s hard to complain with all of the positives at this hotel. If you haven’t been to Madison before make sure to ask the front desk for their recommendations.

Loved staying here!! Location was awesome, loved walking outside and seeing capitol and the great coffee shop just kitty corner was fabulous, Wonderstate Coffee, yum! Very quiet in the room, very comfy bed and bedding, and very clean with no strong smelling cleaning fumes upon our arrival.

Great location and a customer service oriented hotel that nailed all the little things. It’s raining- here is an umbrella. Coffee, water, free toothbrush, good bar and food and very good staff. Loved it. Eat at Magnolia kitchen, too.

Staff was great but special recognition to Paul known as the hotel historian as he provided great historical knowledge to us on the building and how it played a factor to keep the state capital in Madison.
