Very nice property and location
We stayed in The Minimalist (top floor) and it was a very nice room with high ceilings and the old hardwood floors. We had a small fridge and microwave plus a TV up on the wall. The bathroom was larger than I expected with a nice roomy shower. The only downside (which is to be expected) is the hike up the steps. If you have a lot of luggage then be prepared. The only downside is the AC / heat. It works fine but since there is on control for the building, it might be fine in one floor but not the next. Again, it's an old building so it is what it is. Communication with the owner / manager was exceptional. Parking was very easy and since about everything is within walking distance, you really don't need to move after you park. We'll stay again but maybe on a lower floor.
