It’d be 5 stars with a quick daily service check

I stay here every time I come to Madison to see family. It is clean and comfortable, nice staff, and a nice variety of offerings for the continental breakfast. But I do have a recurring problem with servicing on the room in that they don’t come in daily to refresh the coffee supplies or check to see if anything else is needed (towels, tissue, lotion). Though it’s been mentioned to front desk, and I know it’s been relayed to housekeeping, I still have to prowl for a service cart to get what I need directly.

Very disappointing.

They would not clean our room after the third day. We had to take towels out of the maintenance room. We asked them to clean per their regs, after our 2nd consecutive night. We informed them when we would be out of the room (9:30am) and when we would be back (5:00pm) and our room had still not been service. Very disapppointing. Also in the a.m. when they would run out of breakfast food, they would not replace it though there were 2 hours of breakfast left (i.e. we did not get there last minute).
