Building, outside grounds, lobby and lower floor hallway was clean. Room was a different story. All hard floor surfaces were sticky and therefore made me believe carpeted surfaces were uncleaned as well. No waste basket in bathroom. Personally requested a handicap accessable room for shower especially and was given a room with a tub. While on that topic, when standing in tub(once I got into it) the subfloor under the tub felt strange and made so many noises I truly thought I was to fall through the floor. The outside door to the lobby was difficult to open far enough to comfortably access building and bottom of door caught on carpeting in vestibule. Otherwise it was fair.

This hotel is a JOKE owner is completely incompetent and will find away to rip you off by charging fee that are never disclosed if you use a 3rd party booking app he will not honor those prices had cops called on me and was given a ticket for disorder conducted after he refused to render servic. Then canceled reservation and charged full room rate for cancelation NEVER USE THIS HOTEL FOR ANY REASON!!! IT'S A COMPLETE JOKE!! WYNDOM SHOULD INVESTIGATE THIS OWNER AND BE COMPLETELY ASHAMED THE ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OWNER

The room was not clean. The bed had stain sheets on it. The bathtub had hair all over the body wash and shampoo dispensers. The walls of the shower had hair all over along with the tub like it had not been cleaned.

The toilets in the motel are too low to the ground and I had difficulty getting up from them. The showers had no grab bars and the surface was slimy and I almost fell. Areas of the shower walls had black mold. Coffee pot was old and coffee supplied was awful. The room had a microwave, but no place to eat any food. The TV had the incorrect channel guide and the remote control was hard to use. We had a hard time finding a plug that would work to charge our mobile phones.
