Very unwelcoming and stale staff upon check-in in the P.M. Thought maybe person was having a bad day….then I met the A.M. staff checking out….so rude made the P.M. staff look welcoming. The only staff who was nice and welcoming in this hotel, were the Housekeeping staff.

First time in Madison Wi to attend a wedding. Their communication regarding where to park was spot on. Staff was great. Hotel is clean and has all ammenities you would want. Convenient location - walkable to most things. Great security with needing room key to travel in elevator. Only negative is windows let in too much outside noise. Other than that, we will definately stay here again.
