Honestly the place was so much nicer than I expected! The staff were so nice and the room was fairly clean! The only things that were unfortunate were that the walls were thin and the water pressure was high. So everytime any neighboring hotel room used the shower/sink/toilet you could hear it clearly. Other than that though, it was fine for the price!

Overnight stay for a concert
From the outside, the building is very plain and unassuming and the neighborhood was a little rough. But inside, it’s nicely updated and cute and modern. The bed frame was creaky but the room decor and furnishings were new and clean, the wall unit A/C kept the room nice and frosty, and the mini fridge had a freezer that actually worked! The pool area was under construction but we weren’t there to use the pool. We didn’t eat any continental breakfast but the breakfast room was very cute and clean and looked like it had a nice selection. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

We arrived and couldn't check in due to power outage. (Power was out all around town but dont know why). So we had to call someone to check in. The outside apperance looked very shaddy. They made us give them 100 deposit over phone with a card. Our room was upstairs. So with the use of our phones flashlight we went up stairs and found our room. They had a lock code we put in door to get in. It was 730. We were told lights on around 930. They did come on. So then i had to connect the tv to the internet to get channels. Again not their fault it was due to power outage. The king bed was like it was on a futon material frame. It was loud when moving. Could hear neighbors. The bathroom fan was loud. Slept good. Upon leaving we could see they were doing aloy of updates. They gave us 2 cookies on our bed. They did have food breakfast....premaid waffels and pancakes ceral and grab and go. To many this would be a poor review but again it wasnt their fault.

It was cheap and convenient. The problem was the bathroom had dirt in the corners and in the vent. There were about a dozen tiny flies near the sink. They were easy to squash, but they were annoying,

This is an older place seemingly in the midst of renovation. Pretty basic but bed was comfortable and shower was good. Just a mile or two south of I-90/94 so convenient to Chicago and Milwaukee, and only 15-20 min to the state capitol area. If you will be in the room a lot spend more to get cushier surroundings, but for a good basic stay this is the place!

Better than I anticipated! Would stay again.
Check-in was easy. It’s not a very eye-appealing place, but my stay was fine. The lady who checked me in was polite and quick. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. There was some road noise, but the air conditioner fan drowned that out. Overall I was pretty impressed given the price of the room.
