Great place to stay
Nice apartment close to gran via metro station, it's a comfortable and cozy place to stay, location is awesome and it's a keyless entrance, staff was really friendly and available for any question. The only concern is the stair, three floors with baggage is not easy but it's usual in Madrid

Absolutely incredible apartment! The space is super generous and wonderfully stylish. The location is incredible, in the heart of Gran Vie so the perfect hub for finding somewhere to fuel up as well as sightseeing. Above all, the staff are incredible - brilliant pre-arrival information and available through our our stay. We absolutely loved staying there as our home in Madrid and can’t wait to book again! Muchas gracias!

Suites Nice but Building sketchy
The suites appeared to be an apartment that was divided in rooms. The suites decor is modern and the inside of the little apt was was clean and nice looking. However, the building where the apt complex is located is sketchy. First off all the main door of the building had graffiti, the building walls looked dirty and the area were it is located looked abandoned. When we entered the building right next to the door, there was a trash bag and later in the evening there where 2 trash carts that you can hit when accessing the entrance. We went for a walk and got late in the night there was no lights in floors 4 to 4 so thankfully we had our phones that we used to lighten the way up the stairs to the suites. Both of the items mentioned above are safety issues that need to be solved. The suites as mentioned above are nice but the management needs to ensure the building is safe to make the whole stay more pleasant.

This is centrally located in Madrid a few steps from Gran Via and Puerto del Sol. The property was clean and comfortable. It comes with a. Fully equipped kitchen and they left starter packs for Condiments and cleaning Supplies. Just a word of warning there are no elevators and it is a good three storeys up - you get used to it but heads up. Also there is no daily cleaning service and you will get one change of towels for a Three night stay. They are readily available for communication via whatsapp

Small and cute, but very problematic check-in and odd things like you get a coffee maker but no capsules to use it. Lack of reception and multiple codes for everything not ideal.

Check-in was easy. The place is difficult to find by ride share, but the location could not be better... One block away from Gran Via, two blocks away from Puerta del Sol, and less than 3 minutes away from 2 different subway stations. Would definitely recommend.

Location can’t be beat. Walking distance to all sights. Property is very modern and clean inside and spacious. Have all the amenities we needed for our 4 nights stay. Even have a laundry room. Which is a bit tricky to use but it’s a plus :) I would recommend this.

The building has not elevator and is a 3rd HIGH floor. The air condition was set to 18 degrees minimum, was hot during mid night. No one came to speak in person at any time.

Había que subir 65 gradas sin elevador con maletas. No funcionaba la clave de acceso a la habitación No respondían el WhatsApp, no respondían el correo, tuve que conseguir un teléfono local para llamarlos. Se tardaron en atender la llamada para que me dieran una nueva clave que funcionara

Muy limpio, organizado y amplio! Renovado, moderno. Lo único es que hay que subir 4 pisos para llegar, no hay elevador, lo cual si indican. Solo que no es accesible para personas limitadas en movilidad, es cansado subir esos 4 pisos.
