This is a fabulous apartment! Amazing location very close to the Metro at Plaza de Espana as well as walking to many exciting cultural sightseeing spots and extended parks!! Great grocery down the street to enjoy at your place. We highly recommend!!

The appartments are in a great location in central Madrid near Plaza Espana, and are spacious but they are showing signs of wear and tear, and in need of a refresh, the floors, walls, are a bit grubby and furniture all need replacing soon. It would be a good price if it were not for this.

We spent three nights at the property. Arrival was easy, communication was promptly answered. We needed more laundry detergent and we had it in less than half hour. We had no complaints whatsoever. We would likely stay there again when we return to Madrid.

Family vacation loving the apartment
The pictures show the real thing. Our apartment was at the last floor and had a beautiful patio that brings much light and space. We were a family of 4 and our 2 teenagers liked it very much. The location is great. Has the metro right around the corner. Has cute outside sitting cafes along the street. Has a Dia market close by which makes it very convenient. Cristina was always a "WhatsApp" away so you never feel along. I do recommend it.

Comfortable and convenient stay in Madrid
We stayed 2 nights in 2 bed 2 bath unit for 5 adults. We weren’t planning on using the kitchen but we did make eggs and appreciated the oil/vinegar and salt available. The location is great, walking distance to everything and we liked the tapas place across the street. Unfortunately the plaza was under construction during our stay. Jessica was very helpful in pointing out places to go.

Cozy stay in Madrid
It really make us feel at home. The apartment is cozy and stylish. The kitchen is fully equipped. The only problem is the leaking in the shower of the double-bedroom’s bathroom.

Great location and comfortable place. Only issue was cleanliness. I understand it is a very busy season, but they must allow more time for the cleaning person to clean the floors and bathrooms.
