Dear customer, first of all, thank you for the time you have dedicated to evaluating your stay in our facilities. We are sorry that we could not meet your expectations 100%. Our transfer service has been suspended since pandemic time. We hope to see you again very soon. Around here or the other hotels of the Porcel chain.

Guten Morgen: Vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihre Meinung zu Hotel Avant hinterlassen haben. Wir sind der Meinung, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Wünschen entsprach. Wenn Sie etwas benötigen, steht Ihnen die Rezeption rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung. Der Pool öffnet um 12.30 Uhr, weil sie den Zeitplan vom Haupthaus von Torrejón de Ardoz festlegen, alle Schwimmbäder in Madrid öffnen zwischen 12.00 Uhr und 12.30 Uhr. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie wieder im Hotel Avant übernachten und Ihren Aufenthalt zu 100% überwachen könnten. Vielen Dank. Schöne Grüße.
