It was very well situated…only 10 feet by Gran Vía. Everybody was wonderful, from Antonio to Carmen at the entrance. The only thing is that the city of Madrid Doesn’t clean around and is dirty all around the hotel. Inside the hotel clean and nice!

Hotel is in alley kinda of dark area. But it is close to Gran Via. You can walk to most major tourist areas. Metro station near by as well. Lots of places to eat. Some local and lots of American fast food. Hotel was nice and roomy. Elevators available. Beds a bit hard so had a hard time falling asleep. Staff friendly and helpful.

Muy buen hotel con buena ubicación muy cerca de Gran vía, estaciones del metro, bus de turismo, restaurantes y tiendas. El Staff siempre con una sonrisa dispuestos a ayudar. Los chicos del restaurante muy amables. Estuvimos muy contentos durante nuestros días en Madrid. Muy recomendado.

The hotel is a bit old. It is important to mention that the cleanliness of the rooms was very good however the room was old. The shower did not work properly. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and pleasant. The location of the hotel is not the best in relation to the neighborhood, because it is not nice but it is extremely close to Gran Via where everything is and that is very valuable.

5 great nights on Madrid
We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great location. The room was big enough for us, the only downfall was that the heat was still on in the building and we found it quite warm. If we ever get the chance to return to Madrid, we would definitely stay here again!

Good hotel in a great location
Good hotel in a great location with helpful staff. We found the breakfast to be good and varied and didn’t notice any noise at all as some have mentioned. We had a good size room and although some of the fixtures were a little dated it wasn’t noticeably so. Comfortable beds but they had plastic mattress protectors on which made us very hot. Excellent WiFi. There is a lounge room where staff can bring you drinks but no bar specifically. Wish I’d known about the drinks sooner but there’s no shortage of decent bars and restaurants nearby. All in all a good hotel.
