Great place for families with kids. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had everything you needed. There are two grocery stores down stairs and a metro station. Itā€™s a little loud at nights.

I loved everything about it. If anyone is going to Madrid, Iā€™ll definitely recommend it. Itā€™s a great place for both exploring and relaxing, with convenient access to transportation, tourist attractions, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants all nearby.

The apartment is very roomy and clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Kitchen is nicely equipped. The washer is much needed and we used it often. The only issue we have is the city noises below. We could hear metro train passing, people talking till the early morning hours. In the area, trash pickup is 1:00 am, then the street sweeping. It is typical living in central Madrid. The location is very convenient to everywhere, metro station is right cross the street, two supermarkets below, Mercado San Miguel is 8 minutes walking, Plaza Mayor 4 minutes walking. Overall we really like the apartment. We stayed there twice in our Spain trip.

The actual apartment was nice, conveniently located and comfortable, but the street noise was loud and was constant even at night. Also, we were located on the second floor right above the 24 hr grocery store and we could hear the noise from them as well.

Apartment is nice but sofa has stains. Beds are comfortable and water pressure is good. Location is ideal for bus and train ride. Only 10 mins walk to Plaza Mayor. The only negative is the noise outside and the homeless standbys by the corner of the 24 hr market/grocery store.

Great location! Enjoyed being able to walk to all the main attractions. Apartment was well appointed and had the items we required for our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Room could have used a bit deeper clean in the kitchen. Better pillows would be a nice addition.
