MODERNIN APT IDEALLISEN SIJOITUKSEN JÄLKEEN ATOCHA-ASEMASSA

Kodikas huoneisto askeleen päässä Madrid Atocha -rautatieasemalta ja metroasemalta. Äskettäin uusittu (heinäkuu 2018), iso huoneisto enintään 7 hengelle (85 neliömetriä), sopii erinomaisesti suurille perheille. Siinä on 3 erillistä makuuhuonetta ja yksi olohuone, 1 vuodesohva, 2 isoa kylpyhuonetta ja keittiö. Kaikki varusteet, sängyt ja huonekalut ovat uusia. Vain helpon kävelymatkan päässä Madridin tunnetuimmista nähtävyyksistä, museoista ja Retiron keskuspuistosta.
Tämä huoneistohotelli on saanut hyvää palautetta majoituspaikan yleiskunnosta. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Prado-museo. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great place!
Great apartment, awesome location, and kind and helpful hosts! The street noise is loud at night, so a sound machine is a must! But we had everything we needed and was very spacious. For americans - clothing dryers are not the same, so prepare to hang dry clothes. Fit our needs perfectly for our visit to Madrid!

The apartment was well locating near train station and metro. So many places to eat and things to do that were nearby. Very comfortable and spacious for our family of four. It was a bit noisy on the street side of the bedrooms. Overall, our family had an amazing time in Madrid!

The apartment was just right for our week long visit to Madrid. The kitchen was well-stocked and grocery store just up the block. This is a great location very close to Retiro Park, Prado and metro station. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, nice size Flat
The flat is in the perfect location in Madrid. Close to a metro and train station and right across from Reterio Park and the Prado museum. Very clean with three good size bedrooms and two full size bath rooms. The hosts were very responsive and helpful during the stay. I will stay here again if my family comes back to Mari’s.

Perfect location, huge apartment!
The 3 bedrooms allowed us to spread out and get laundry done and reorganize. Big difference from our tiny Paris hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby! Definitely try the Oven Restaurant! Host was amazing and very helpful. You will truly enjoy this place!

Great City Break
Great property for a city break in Madrid, it is so central and we walked all over the city from there. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The street outside is busy but the doors are double glazed and do cut the noise. Our trip was a surprise birthday for my husband and Hans and Valentina helped keeping the surprise and advised us of places to eat. Valentina was so helpful in showing us the flat and was sent us a lot of information.

Great Location
Great place to stay to explore Madrid. Good communication with hosts. Only issue we had was neither the air conditioning in the primary bedroom nor the living area cooled. Contacted the host who said they would schedule a technician but apparently it was not scheduled until the day we checked out. Made for some hot nights! Other than that, the apartment is heat!

Great hosts!
The host actually met us at our property and she was wonderful. Her English was perfect. Everything was clean and in great condition. The only thing you might want to consider is you do hear the subway going often underground, but we’re used to it since we all both live near trains. It’s actually Comforting to us and there’s actually a lot of street noise until like 1 AM besides that it was perfect and we had a wonderful time

Great location -- clean apartment
Apartment was exactly as listed and had great AC in each bedroom and the living room. Kitchen and living room have no natural light. The front bedrooms are louder because they face the busy street which includes a nightclub across the way. Check in was easy and they were accommodating to our needs. Kitchen is simply but sufficiently equipped for making basic meals.

Fantastic apartment in amazing location!
We loved staying at this beautiful apartment in Madrid. We were located close to many amazing sights. There was a metro station just 1 minute walk away which was very convenient with small kids. Hans and Valentina were amazing hosts and very helpful with recommendations. The apartment was clean and spacious. We loved Madrid!

Nice stay in the heart of Madrid
As everyone has said, the location is great--we could walk to all three of Madrid's top museums plus train station plus grocery--though the immediate street ambience out-front is sort of grubby and noisy. The apartment was spic and span and everything worked. Rain-style shower was a treat. Kitchen equipment was adequate (except for dull paring knives and deteriorating cutting boards.) Beds are fine but some of the other furniture could do with an upgrade. It was spacious for 3 of us; could feel crowded with closer to six. We didn't need much attention from management but overall they were responsive and helpful. Cost struck us as most reasonable for value received.

Well-appointed apartment with a great location in Madrid
Four of us stayed at this apartment for 5 nights. Check-in was very smooth. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with tableware cutlery and pots and pans. The location was great! We walked to most places, and a taxi stand was across the street for longer distances. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Our family of two parents and two adult children loved the space and location of the flat. We didn’t love how dark it is - the two non-primary bedrooms are the only with natural light while the living room, kitchen, primary bedroom don’t have windows. There was also a very strong sewer smell in the primary bathroom so we couldn’t use it (and for full disclosure I didn’t tell Hans - who is very responsive - about it until checkout as we preferred to use the other bathroom rather than have to even open the smelly bathroom much less deal w a plumber etc)

Central to parks and train station
We stayed for 4 days in madrid and at this apartment. The apartment was very spacious for our needs and had everything we needed for a small family. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. The location is great to get anywhere you needed. From the airport we took the train and it can take anywhere from 40 min to 1 hr. The apartment has a lift in it to help move luggage. The balcony overlooks the main street. We were very happy with the quick responses from the hostess

Lovely Apartment/Great Location
This apartment is quite comfortable! The beds were just right and the kitchen was adequately stocked for simple cooking. It’s just right for an easy vacation. We met Valeria upon check-in. She was very helpful in showing us the apartment and giving us information about the area. Hans, the owner, had provided contact numbers for himself and others in case we had any issues. The best part of this unit is the location. Atocha Station is just across the street at the next corner. Great for getting around Madrid or hopping on a train for daytripping around Spain. The museums are all within an easy walk. (The Reina Sofia is on the block!) Retiro park and the Real Jardin Botanico are just around the corner. All in all, an excellent choice for a lovely vacation in Madrid. One warning though….and this has nothing to do with the property! A few doors up the street, there is a small supermarket next door to the Steakburger. This shop does not have price tags on products. The clerk appeared to randomly assign prices. He tried to charge us €45 for a bottle of gin that was €20 just down the block.

Fun in Madrid with friends!
Really enjoyed this apartment. Looked just like the pictures. It was a little smaller but definitely worked for our needs. Communication was excellent with host and his lovely daughter. . Close to the Prado, Reitro park and close to metro. We would definitely book again!

Highly recommend
We had an excellent experience. The apartment is centrally located around the corner from Atocha train station/botanical gardens/Retiro Park. Walkable to most if not a short cab ride. Our host was very responsive and flexible with check in/check out, which we very much appreciated. Everything was very clean and just enough space for 6 of us (2 adults & 4 teens) to sleep. Although we were right along a very busy and loud street, the shades installed completely blocked light and sound. Wonderful home base while exploring beautiful Madrid!
