We empathize with your disappointment concerning access to the spa facilities, and we regret any misunderstanding regarding the access polices. As it is an external service, it has policies outside the hotel. Comme vous bien dites, nous sommes très proche au métro Cuzco et nous avons une bonne communication au centre ville avec le transport public, même avec la ligne de bus 150. Nos chambres sot très spacieuses, ainsi que propres, et notre personnel reste à toute entière disposition de nos clients pour ce qu'ils peuvent avoir besoin.
