接客は良いと思うが
歴史あるホテルのようで外観もパット見立派だが、近くに行くとサビやペンキが剥げてるの箇所が目立つ。ロビーも広くて立派だが暗い。清掃はしてあるようだがバスタブの上の換気扇にホコリが沢山溜まっていた。客室は壁紙や天井の経年のシミがそのままなので気になる人は厳しいと思う。匂いとかは無かった。

LIVEへ行くのに宿泊しました。 枕元にコンセントあればいいなというのはありましたが、タクシー呼ぶ時にお手伝いや、万が一の時に対応して下さる感じでいてくれた配慮にすごい助かりました。 また群馬の際には利用したいと思いました。

設備は古いがよくメンテナンスされており、快適だった。建物が重厚で雰囲気も良かった。ホテルのレストラン以外に近くに食事を取れるところがないのは注意

駅からは離れており、設備も古くなっていますが、快適な滞在でした。朝食は洋食か和食が選べますが、なかなか豪華でした。ホテル周辺にコンビニエンスストアや食事する場所があまり無いのでホテル内か歩く必要があります。

高級感ある落着いた雰囲気の良いホテルです。建物、設備は古いですが、問題ありません。 ツインルームに2人で3泊しましたが、広さは十分です。収納もあります。部屋からの眺めも良く、リラックスできます。部屋のアメニティーは豊富です。 ユニットバスが狭いのと、コンセントが少ないことだけが、気になりました。 朝食はとおいしくて、量もちょうど良かったです。洋食か和食を選べます。ラウンジでの朝食で雰囲気が良かったです。 夕食は完全予約制で4名からという制約があったようなので、ホテルの外に車で食べに行く必要がありました。 駐車場は平置きで使いやすいです。メインの国道沿いなので、車では便利です。群馬県庁までは歩いてすぐです。 スタッフの方が皆さんに、とても良い対応をしていただきました。また宿泊したいです。

The hotel doesn't provide any laundry service or even self-served washing machine although it says it has in Expedia. This is unfair and ruined my plan. The staff cannot speak English at all nevertheless they tried hard. The room looks a bit old but everything is clean. The environment is quiet and there is a river view. The lobby is grand but I don't have anything to do there.

連泊して周辺のイベントを楽しみましたが知人の送迎なしではとても不便だと知りました。 駅への送迎もないし路線バスのバス停も少し離れてます。しかもあまり本数がないのにホテルスタッフは詳しくないためバス会社に電話して聞いて教えてくれました。ま、駅近ホテルに泊まらなかったからこうなるんだけどね
