The Sottovilla apartment is part of a farmhouse near the town of Magione near Lake Trasimeno. It is an old stone farmhouse completely renovated with a large common garden and swimming pool. The apartment is perfect for couples or small families and for spending carefree days.

The farmhouse is only 500m from the highway to Perugia. It is therefore the ideal starting point for exploring the surroundings: cities of art, medieval villages, sanctuaries, wine cellars and Lake Trasimeno. There is really a lot to see and do.

The cozy Sottovilla apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a low ceiling and terracotta floors. The property also features a small fitness area, a children's play area and a barbecue with picnic table.
