Friendly and family run. We choose not to eat at the restaurant only because there was nothing that our youngest would have eaten but the chef was cooking on the terrace over an open flame, it looked and smelled amazing. So maybe some options for younger guests? Room was on the small side but functional for one night. A few cobwebs in the corners but that is easily fixed. Overall I wound recommend for a stay in the Alps.
Hotel le Ralis du Mont Blanc is a charming family owned hotel right in the middle of the French Alps along the north south motorway connecting France with Italy. The restaurant served a wonderful barbecue dinner with a breezy outdoor seating area. The morning breakfast had anything that you could ask for. The family dog, a beautiful Husky, wanders about the place. It was too bad we only were able to stay one night, because it is just a lovely place.
Nice Hotel with the small Chalets very comfortable and self contained with small kitchenette, good bathroom and well fitted out for comfort . Good Breakfast buffet with fresh local produce and free parking on site . Will stay here again .
Excellent experience, great place, great people! It only needs a warm breakfast option (scrambled eggs, bacon) anything warm to start the day energized.
In general the bungallows were lovely, but there is a good chance that you will find some hiccups here or there. We had dirty kitchen accessories for example. Additionally, the broken deep-freeze drawer in the fridge killed some of our food. Apart from those, the place was really clean.
The stuff: I have mixed feelings about them. They were kind, but somehow made mistakes I really hate. E.g. we ordered breakfast for the first day only, we have been billed with 2 days breakfast.
Moreover, the food was not fresh at all, we identified some expired yogurts also.
Otherwise our stay was o.k.
The hotel was conveniently located, clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous, professional and welcoming. The nearby mountain is gorgeous from the property.
A good family hotel along the main route to Cluses. You'll need a car or taxi to get to this hotel but this would be an excellent option. Clean rooms with modern bathrooms and a walking trail behind the hotel that takes a route to two sets of waterfalls. Very good food in the evening with the restaurant specialising in local produced, traditional food.

Séjour sur place correct. Check-out à 10h45. Je n’ai pas fermé à clef la chambre que je quittais. J’ai reçu à 13h15 un appel téléphonique de l’hôtel. Il m’a été posé la question si « moi ou ma fille avions été malades, car la salle de bains a été retrouvée très sale par l’équipe de nettoyage ». Il m’a été dit « j’ai pris des photos et je vais les adresser au médiateur de la plateforme ». J’ai trouvé ces propos accusatoires choquants. Nous avons comme à notre habitude laissé une chambre propre. Ma fille de 15 ans a été très choquée d’entendre de tels propos. Nous n’avions jusqu’à présent eu que des expériences agréables dans les établissements fréquentés au gré de nos nombreuses réservations en France et à l’étranger. Nous sommes particulièrement meurtris par cette expérience lamentable qui gâche notre voyage. Nous comptons sur le professionnalisme de la plateforme pour mettre au clair cette situation extrêmement désagréable qui nous a été imposée. J'avoue ne pas avoir été surpris de lire la réponse ("partage d'une entrée et d'un plat à deux") : l'entrée a été mangée par ma fille et le plat par moi, avec deux cocktails et deux desserts : 71 euros le tout (avec frites molles trop cuites), c'est très bien payé ! Je reconnais avoir fait au petit déjeuner deux petits sandwichs (4 tranches de pain de 10cm de côté, des lambeaux de jambon et une barquette de saint moret qui coûte 30 centimes au supermarché). Les avis c'est pour noter l'expérience du séjour, je m'y suis appliqué.
