This property Bahay Bakasyunan sa Camiguin is closed when we came to check-in. It has been ceased operation 7days before our supposedly check-in day on 27 Feb. 2020. No notification whatsoever. Put my wife & I in danger of no place to stay at very last minute in an island. But we are happy on Expedia’s immediate respond & actions on our complaint. Thank you Expedia.

Room 103 - Problems with power switch & mosquitoes
We stayed in room 103. We had problems sleeping due to mosquitos in the room. We sprayed pesticides ourselves but the mosquitos were back the following day. Moreover, there was a problem with the power switch in the room that required a maintenance man to come over to fix after every power outage.

The overall ambience was quite impressive; The view of the ocean magnificent; and the staff very polite and helpful. Other services like the spa service however leave much to be desired.

The place is a paradise! The ambiance is very good and cozy! The room is everything I wished it would be, spacious, gorgeous, neat and comfortable. I loved that the bathroom has a bidet and the hot shower works. I really enjoyed the amenities, especially the game room and the swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It was a very nice stay.

Properly very clean. Very nice layout with beautiful ocean view. Restaurant menu could be more extensive and although staff was very courteous at times are not attentive to customer and tend to wait for additional drinks. Overall wonderful place.
