Fun family-style casual and cozy condo. Great location and a mile from the Village and a mile from Eagle Lodge. Outdoor community pool, jacuzzi & sauna as well as BBQ's, ping pong table, cornhole & a tennis/pickleball & half court basketball court. It’s been in the family for 40 years and we are just now starting to rent it out. Some upgrades so far - new appliances & hardwood flooring downstairs and more to come. The old school massage chair is a perfect way to relax after a fun outdoor day.

All original artwork & sculptures from the 30's through the 70’s was created by my grandfather who was one of the original cartoonist at MGM and hired by Walt Disney himself.

Great condo and location.

Stayed in condo for a three day ski weekend. I was very happy with the unit. Two master bedrooms plus a loft with 4 single bens. Worked out great for just two of us. Location is close to grocery and restaurants. I will definitely book there again.

Cozy mountain cottage feel/vibes

In a slew of rentals I’ve stayed at, Rob’s cabin/condo was comfortable, and felt like a true home rather than a rental. Rob was super responsive and friendly with requests. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook in which we did each night as we had a group of 5 adults and two kids. The place would sleep at least 8-10 people comfortably. Liked that both bathrooms were not attached to bedrooms so able to use by all. Beds were comfortable.

Weekend at Mammoth Lakes

We very much enjoyed the condo. It met our needs and was well equipped. The only problem we had was with so many stairs. Did not realize it was not a ground floor condo. One of our family member uses a cane and it was difficult for him to get up and down the outside stairs. Wish the view had shown the stairs. Other than that our host was awesome and the location was perfect.

Convenient layout and location

The condo worked well for 2 couples with each bedroom having an adjacent bathroom. The living and dining areas are dark and could use better lighting. The bedding and bath towels were supplied but we could not locate any kitchen towels. Overall, since we only stayed one night, the condo worked well for our short stay.

Manager/owner is very helpful when we had date change. Excellent condition, location, neighborhood

Robert was very helpful and quick response on our date changes. He also offered restaurant for my birthday celebration. He also provided very helpful details of the property. The location is very good and the neighborhood is good too. We will definitely come back this property if we go back Mammoth Lakes later this year. Property is in excellent condition.

Great location, family friendly and accomodating

Our last vacation before school starts and our first time in Mammoth Lakes. Robs condo was in the perfect location near stores and within minutes to drive to all the locations we wanted to visit. The condo had everything we needed to cook our meals including spices and condiments. Brita water filter for drinking water. It was spacious for our family and 2 dogs. Beds were comfortable. Enough pillows. We stayed during warm nights so used only sheets and large ceiling fan and open windows helped with airflo. The neighborhood is quiet. Most people were friendly in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub at night. The kids used the skateboards that were available. The portable seat cooler and child gate were handy to use. Wifi worked great, theres a printer/copier and alexa echo dots available. Each room had their own tv. Plenty of games for the kids, Massage chair was a plus. Rob was easy to contact for any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and already want to come back for the wintertime. We highly recommend staying at Robs place.

Great location and communication

It all starts with good communication. Rob suggested things to do and places to go which was above and beyond expectations. We had two families with four kids. The loft area with the four single beds worked out great. There is also some unique decor and antiques around the condo that bring you back to yesteryears. Had a lot of fun in this condo.

Very spacious and convenient location

Had a great time with friends for some spring laps on the mountain. Perfect for a big group and pet friendly. Rob was a great host, checked in on us throughout the stay. Kitchen is well-stocked. Clear check in and check out instructions and not overbearing. Had a ton of game boards. The only thing we really noticed is the cabin had a weird smell to it upon arrival. Could have been because it’s carpet? Or it is an older building. Just aired out and wasn’t such a big deal. Would definitely recommend.
