Spring break of 23 skiing
Condo is large and comfortable. It is dated, but I am not an interior decorator. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and utensils. We cooked there 3 nights. Keurig coffee maker was quirky. When it was ready for brew, you had to push and hold in the flashing brew button or it shut off. Only other issue was had to use flat sheets to cover mattresses as fitted sheets did Not fit. Would stay again. Very comfortable and centrally located. Ski bums are not about decor.

Ski tip
We took a ski trip to mammoth and decided to rent here since it was only my husband my brother, my one year old daughter and I. The property was not clean. There was food in the couch and the bathtub were flilthy. We arrived at 3:30 and we played light music while we unpacked. There was a rude neighbor downstairs who rudely complained at 6:00 that there was a leak and called the cops because she was upset that we rented on top of her. Due to this our stay was very uncomfortable.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
This place is typical of something you'd mind in Mammoth. An older condo probably built in 70s or 80s. The interior reflects the 80s with some updates, such as new carpet and floors. But some of the interior is straight from the 80s like the cabinets and some furniture. Some of the electrical outlets were worn out so nothing could be plugged in. There were clock radios from the 80s. It was hilarious showing my 11 year old the clock radio / cassette tape combo. He had no idea what a cassette tape is. There was no kindling for the fireplace so I couldn't get a fire started. I asked the management twice for it. Despite all of this, I'd probably stay here again because even though it's an older property, it's much cheaper than staying in the newer properties at the Village. Just be prepared to enter a 1980s time warp.

Just Okay
Location of this property is great, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. It also has two bathrooms and lots of beds, a huge plus. We left our stay after the first night of a three night stay. Beds were terrible. We slept in the bedroom and the mattress was hard and unforgiving and yet sunk in toward the middle when two people were on it. Also the pillows were super flat. Woke up with serious body aches. My kids complained that their beds were equally as uncomfortable. Additionally, bathroom on the main floor also had a nasty plastic shower curtain liner with pink mold growing on it and dingy antislip flowers from the 70s. Major updating needed, especially better quality mattresses!

Nice place to stay
Easy in and out with the smart code. All worked well but updates should be considered to get 5 stars. Condo was clean but not perfect. Some glasses had lipstick residue kitchen could use bit more attention but again well deserved 4 stars.

Nice basic unit
The shuttle is right out the front door to Eagle Creek. Super convenient. It's a basic unit with lots of beds and is spacious. Fire wood is provided and the unit heats up very quickly. The kitchen has all the pots and appliances you need. It's an older unit but everything was clean. The beds were comfortable and they even provided shampoo and soap. When we stay in Mammoth, we don't look for five star and newly upgraded. Convenience to the slopes on the trolley is key for us. We would stay here again.

Comfortable stay with a few problems
This condo is fine if you are on a budget but the hot tub was dirty and not very hot. The shower heads were only high enough for a person under 5’6” and the beds were pretty old. Otherwise, the condo was clean with a stocked kitchen and nice working fireplace. The property management helped with providing amenities such as towels, toiletries, and firewood.

The property is out dated. Could use some tender loving care.
If you are looking for a great price with not a lot of care on how the property looks like because you are there to have a great time playing in the snow, this is the place to stay. If anything comes out of this review please fix the lighting in this property. The light fixture in the master bedroom was written up before and it is still the same. You guys really need to spend a little bit of money on updating the condo and I bet people wouldn’t mind spending a bit more money because of the amount of people that can sleep on this property. Also, need to clean the place a lot better. The carpet is dingy and the cobwebs on the vents and ceiling says a lot. We did enjoy the internet and the hot water the heating was great too. Overall great for the price.

Dumpy
Dingy and frayed carpeting, unsafe light plug in lower level bedroom by dresser, dark kitchen with poor lighting, uncomfortable old office chairs for dining table, overall impression of being very dated and minimally cared for.

Good Location/Price but Outdated
The location is great and across from a Green line shuttle stop. This takes you into Eagle Lodge. But we ended up driving since it was only 3 minutes away and we wouldn't have to wait for the buses. The two beds in the master were not very comfortable, the one on the right sags in the middle. There is a heater in each section (living room, kitchen, bedrooms) The Downstairs heater worked, but the heat didn't travel very far into the living room. The unit was rather dark since most of the lighting was from lamps rather than light fixtures. We had a great time and at a good price, but would not stay here again.

WOULD STAY AGAIN!
We arrived around 9:00 pm and had problems obtaining the keys from the lock box. I called the emergency number and someone was sent out to open the lock box for me. Place was clean and cozy. Downstairs heater did not work but had the fireplace lit which kept the place warm. WiFi was excellent which kept my kids happy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pans were a little old but did their job. Plenty of sleeping areas. Would actually sleep more than listed. Overall, great place! Would book and stay again!

Cozy, comfy condo
This condo was very easy to reserve. Chose the avaliable days, got an email right away, paid & we were booked! We arrived later than the person at the key pick up was there, but there were very clear instructions on how to get the key out of the lock box. This specific condo was on the second floor and fairly easy to find (even when it was dark & snowing). Inside the condo itself is small, but we expected that. It was nice and cozy. There was a ton of firewood for the fire pit, lots and lots of pot and pans, cups, plates, silverware, pretty much anything you need it is there. There were a lot of extra blankets in case we needed them. The heaters downstairs did stop to work after the first night, but we just kept lighting the fire place and we were fine. It was a fun trip for my friends and I. There were 8 of us, 19 to 21 years old, and we would definitely come back in the future for the price!

Small and Outdated
Great location. Upstairs end unit on quiet street. No dining room table as pictured but a breakfast counter that seats 4 comfortably. Small but comfortable living room with nice tv. Bed in master bedroom sags in middle. Downstairs bathroom has 2 doors - 1 off the master bedroom and 1 off of kitchen so it is not a private bathroom. Electric stove with 2 out of 4 burners not working. 1 old frying pan. No wood for fireplace. Unit is small and outdated but fairly clean at a great price. With a few added details and repairs it could be much nicer i.e., needs more pots and pans, new mattresses, fresh paint, deadbolt lock on door, repaired stove. Overall had a great time but will not stay there again.

Good for Price
Overall, the facility was nice to stay for the price. There are 5 beds total as shown in the pictures (3 queens / 2 singles) with a couch. It could easily fit 9 people(that's with one on the couch). It was definitely a bit older, but was clean for the most part - no bugs or rodents. The heater was a little loud, but kept the entire townhome warm easily. Parking was a breeze - there's a large parking lot outside and you put passes on your car. Location was great! There was a shuttle stop right next door, but we ended up driving because it was so close. It took no more than 15-20 minutes, and thats with a good storm. There was no cable, but they had a tv with VHS and DVDs to watch. Internet was fast and reliable. The unit was on the second floor. Overall no real complaints, except maybe the beds were a little uncomfortable but can't complain because of the price.
