Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Guests are advised to check local road conditions/closures before travel with the California Department of Transportation at www.dot.ca.gov or by calling 800-427-7623.

Wow another kind of bait and switch. It is an old motor hotel disguised as a boutique property with very limited services and absolutely no help at front desk on what is available even food at property. Old outdated mini fridge that barely worked. No elevator so of course not so good dragging heavy ski gear like clothing up stairs. Should have just picked Best Western or Motel 6 for the price.

This property is in a convenient location, and there is some updating going on that looks good. My bathroom hadn't been cleaned, some of the updating was cheap and quick (the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet, for instance), and the wifi was spotty. I was a little disappointed, but it was fine.

My room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were all very friendly. The parking was convenient. It took 30 minutes and 4 tries to get a card key that worked on my room door and the shower had no hot water. I assume those were isolated issues so I plan to return.

Bed was hard and sunken. It felt like two beds were combined, (very likely) to make one whole bed which made the middle part of the bed feel like it had a metal tube. Most of the room is very aged as well. The flooring and appliances are decent but its clear that any room that isn’t a cabin is bound to be old. The area was nice.
