You'll be just a few steps from the Canyon Lodge base area at this bright and welcoming Mammoth Lakes condo, a two-bedroom (plus a loft) mountain retreat with wonderful community amenities that include a seasonal swimming pool, a hot tub, and a sauna.

This two-level condo is located on the third floor of its building, which offers secure underground parking for one vehicle. From this convenient location on Lakeview Boulevard, you'll be 175 yards from Canyon Lodge, the Village Gondola, and the lifts and trails of Mammoth Mountain, creating an ideal escape for outdoor enthusiasts in every season.

Step inside to find 1,600 square feet of living space with high ceilings, an open floor plan, and new furnishings in the living and dining rooms. Rest your ski legs on one of the plush sofas, use the provided logs to warm your toes by the fire, and watch the snow fall on the surrounding pines through large picture windows.

Swap stories of your skiing adventures as you prepare snacks and appetizers in the full kitchen, where you'll find standard appliances, plentiful counter space, and a bar counter for your vegetable-chopping sous chefs. Sit down to eat at the dining room table, and move into the living room for coffee, dessert, and a DVD or two on the flatscreen cable TV with surround sound.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and an attached bathroom, the guest room features a queen bed and a twin bed (with a bathroom across the hall). The loft space on the second floor has two sets of twin-size bunk beds and its own bath.

You'll never have any trouble falling asleep, thanks to cable TVs and DVD players in the two bedrooms and a TV (without cable), DVD player, and VCR in the loft. A private washer and dryer are also provided, ensuring that your skiing and hiking wardrobes are always fresh, clean, and ready to wear.

Whether you're planning your California adventure in the peak of winter or the warmth of summer, you'll be surrounded by natural wonders in Mammoth Lakes. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
