Come stay in this spacious, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that is walking distance to Eagle Lodge. The location and complex amenities cannot be beat! Relax in front of the cozy wood-burning fireplace or enjoy a soak in one of the many complex jacuzzis. The condo has a full kitchen for a home cooked meal after a long day on the hill skiing or biking, as well as plenty of seating at the dining table.

In the master bedroom there is a King size bed as well as TV and the full bathroom is just outside the door. There is even a sleeper sofa in the living room for the kids or additional guests. The Summit complex offers terrific amenities like an outdoor pool as well as 6 jacuzzis, 4 saunas and 3 BBQ areas spread throughout the complex, fitness center, and tennis courts. Underground covered garage parking avoids any shoveling on those snowy days.

All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people and comes with one assigned garage parking space. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are multiple stairs to this second floor unit and no elevator, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. Context is Important

For the price point, and with many other variables considered, I believe this is a very good value. I have rented several condos in this complex over the past 15+years. Some were original "as-built" and some were very nicely updated and modern. And the rates typically reflect that. This unit is as advertised. A bit "rustic", but clean and the bed was very comfy at the end of a hard days skiing. The location near Eagle Chair is my favorite in Mammoth.

This property is on the second floor with no elevator. We were told the tennis courts were available, but they were under repair. The furniture is old and uncomfortable, though the bed was fine. The porch is too small to sit on and enjoy. But if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep, this is fine.

Perfect location and very clean

This place is perfect for one couple and 2 teenagers. It has been renewed recently, it’s very clean and perfectly located 5min walking distance from the lift. The only issue might the neighbors if they are noisy, sound isolation is poor.

Super location! So close to the Eagle chair. Had some heating issues, very cold the first night, maintenance did try to fix. It was better, but not great. The refrigerator froze everything....juice, eggs, lettuce, etc. kind of defeats having a unit with a kitchen. The toaster only worked if you stood and held the lever down. Reported both to the rental agency. I am hesitant to post the negative because they are very fixable and may not be an issue for the next renter. It is also probably time to upgrade to a wall mount big screen TV and new couches. But....it is still a GREAT location.
