Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I loved the view & area surrounding the property and the building itself was very luxurious. I chose the apartment thinking the same. However, I must say I was disappointed by how the apartment wasn’t very well maintained. There were areas of it that weren’t the cleanest. The TV screen was full of marks & didn’t even work! Simple things like toilet roll wasn’t available. It seemed as though the host actually resides there when not booked by people, as a lot of his items were there so it appeared to be quite unprofessional. Hosts communication with us was terrible. We were told to message if we need anything but we wouldn’t even get a response! Overall, I loved the view from the apartment but it would’ve made it perfect if it was cleaned to a high standard & proper communication from the host. Also, would’ve been ideal if the rooftop was available but everytime I’d gone, it said it was out of access. I would definitely stay again but in an apartment that has been maintained to a high standard according to the standard that you’d think looking at the building, lobby and atmosphere. I definitely didn’t think the apartment would be in the state it was. Like mentioned before, the rest of the building gives an extremely luxurious feel but the apartment was underwhelming due to not being maintained well.
