My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room was dirty and outdated, and the staff seemed generally unhappy and unhelpful. However, the breakfast was decent, and the shuttle bus drivers were the best part of the experience—friendly and always willing to assist.

Property can be updated. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Bad side couldn't find cutlery. Parking at the property was a nightmare prices could be subsidised if you are staying in the property. Bathroom needs updating

Staff were okay. Not very personable. The prepaid dinner was confusing. No one explained how to make use of it. Food was okay. Sticky toffee pudding was phenomenal. The room was fine. Functional. Comfortable. Pretty clean. Location to airport is great. 5 min walk to my terminal. Price was decent. Would likely stay again.

Needs a bit of TLC
We have stayed here many times as it is convenient for the airport. We did find on this occasion though that the hotel is looking quite shabby, worn carpets, torn Lino in the lifts, shower curtains missing rings just for example. We didn’t have any service experience as we used the self check in/out. Won’t put us off staying again but I think the price you pay does not reflect the standard offered. (We did get it on offer this time so didn’t mind too much)
