Hotel room was good. Although we were originally given a room miles away from the lift, when i asked if we could change rooms given our early departure, we were accomodated quickly. The footpath approach from T1 was abysmal however once we entered the hotel carpark

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly! Toilet hadn’t even been flushed after a poop. Room service food was expensive. Don’t mind expensive if good quality but food was very average. Had good expectations from Crowne plaza but premier inn was better to be fair.

Disappointing that the airport transfer shuttle is an extra cost that you have to book yourself though a third party company and stops running at 9pm while other airport hotels have a dedicated complimentary service

Short stay before holiday

This was my first time staying at the Crowne Plaza hotel. It was a short stay before we went on holiday. The hotel was lovely, relaxed and comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite. Food was very good and the breakfast buffet was excellent, even for someone like me who doesn't always eat breakfast. If I flew from Manchester Airport again I would choose Crowne Plaza to stay again.
