the staff was very rude expecially the F and B staff serving breakfast she is so rude and disrespectful .
The room was full of dust and plug sockets dangling off wall half painted door frames bath dirty and bathroom floor was aswel breakfast was a joke food only cooked on one side toast was okay but that’s only because cooked myself holes in walls front door left unlocked all night with no staff on reception smashed windows and what looked like bullet holes in walls I will not be staying there again I think it is Disgusting for the £95 it cost me

The room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and the towels were clean and all 3 were tiny, I’m a size 12, I couldn’t even wrap one on my waist. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly the one I met when going for breakfast looked pissed off!
When having breaky I asked if there was tabasco sauce or any chillies at all, had to ask as there was no one on the floor, he was quick to dismiss me.
Later on a tall guy with an Afro appeared from the kitchen seems to work on the floor. He was lovely.
Another thing was the gluten free bread, it wasn’t fresh. Loved the coffee.
If the place improves on cleanliness would defo go back.
The was spacious for two people and the bed was clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and willing to help if you have a problem..The breakfast is enjoyable and great variety
Definitely cheap and nasty, like stepping back to the 80s decor, when I guess it was last decorated. Breakfast limited selection like no white bread. I’d have thought that was a basic ingredient?
Definitely would not recommend or return.

You get what you pay for. This 3* hotel achieved what it advertises. It suited us for our one night stay(we've previously stayed aswell) it is located closely to city centre and various local acttrations. Our room on this stay was spacious, although the bathroom was looking a bit tired now but remember i started this review with "You get what you pay for". If you want 4 or 5* luxury this isn't the place for you, however if you want something less costly this place is fine. Staff were all friendly. Free car park which is quite large. Breakfast choice was good with cooked, vegan, vegetarian, pastries, cereals plus others on offer. Overall we had a good budget stay and would stay again.
A very disappointing tired hotel that reminded me of a 70’s airport hotel. The room was, at best, grubby and the whole hotel had a rather unpleasant odour. My room faced the main road and was incredibly noisy. The bathroom needed a total refurbishment with a broken shelf by the basin and it could have done with a good clean (not a superficial clean). Very disappointed - certainly wouldn’t return.
Great hotel with plenty of parking. Staff were so helpful and polite. Room was lovely. Loved the vending machines, had a great little midnight snack from them. Ideal location to get into Manchester centre. Would prefer poached eggs to fried but other than that breakfast was really good.
