A couple late evening noise in the breakfast area. Loud talking, a party going on with no regard for us on the first floor adjacent to the area. Mgmt needs to set the late evening guidelines.

The room was not as clean as other times when we stayed at this facility. Security door was unlocked the entire weekend despite a notice stating it is locked. Fireplace didn’t work. No housekeeping provided when we were there.

We have stayed at many Hamptons. First there were no restaurants in walking distance like many others. Room cleaning was every other day, which I never experienced anywhere else. Saw a used Qtip in the elevator for 4 days. A/C kept resetting back to 68 after setting it lower this past warm weekend. Breakfast was just ok and not filled up often. Not typically a complainer, but I paid a good amount of money for this room and expected better

It's a very quiet area, lots of parking spaces. The breakfast was good, with the daily changes on the meat (sausage, bacon, etc.). Also, the hotel offered a Lyft ride to pick me up from the airport.
