If you're flying from Manchester this is a great choice, no point paying more for other nearby hotels. Note parking is only free for the first hour, likely cheaper to book T2 east multi-story instead of using hotel parking.

Extremely convenient location and perfect for T2. Booked a room for my family which includes a 3yr old and a baby, and requested a camp bed and cot in my room. Request accepted. Checked in and got to our room to find that neither were there, so called reception who said that this option is only available for premium rooms, which cost £30 extra, and if we didn’t want to pay £30 extra then our baby would have to sleep in a double bed with us!! Obviously paid the extra and a nice touch was a complementary mini bar, but just be careful if you are booking with a young family. Ate at the Turkish restaurant and food was lovely.

Not enough buses to Car rental village. Waited 25 mins for a bus. Several empty buses came and went to Jet Parks. I asked several drivers when the next bus to Car rental was due. In the end a driver changed his bus from Jet parks to Car rental They were probably tired of me asking. When bus came at least 40 people waiting! Need earlier signage to how to get from a Terminals to hotel. (Skyline) After we had asked for help and well on our way - signs for Ibis and Holiday Inn were then visible.
