This is my second time staying here I believe. The hotel is very clean and modern. The reception staff are so nice and provide great customer service. I can’t fault this place, it’s so easy to check in and check out. It’s very very close to Manchester city centre, took me just a 5 minute walk to get there.

Great clean hotel , lovely staff . Not sure why the room was delux as it was basics, only 1 chair in the room not 2 , bed was comfortable, showers really good , breakfasts outstanding choices, meals in the restaurant was beautiful. Walking distance to AO We would definitely be back .

Centrally located in the heart of Manchester
Centrally located in the heart of Manchester. We were literally round the corner from the AO Arena, Arndale Centre and the train station. Staff were very polite and keen to help which was a refreshing change. Breakfast was very nice, hash browns and black pudding especially.

A totally neutral stay. There was nothing exceptional about the stay but similarly nothing horrendous. It was convenient to the station and arena we were attending. It was functional as a family room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning allowed for a nice sleeping temperature. There was no interaction with staff as I used the on line check in and check out. It was pricy for what it was and it wouldn’t be my returning firsr choice.

Comfortable, Clean, Ideal basefor arena & City.
We had a great stay from start to finish. Aimee who booked us in was really friendly and informative as were all the staff. The room was lovely, clean and the bed so comfortable. The breakfast had a good choice and was also good. Hotel is 5 mins walk from AO Arena, Cathedral and City Centre. We parked at Q Park which can be pre booked and is manned 24/7. It is 2 mins walk to the hotel. When we return to the area we would definitely stay again as it's the perfect base.
