Overall really enjoy my time at this hotel, staff were helpful and presented well, the room was lovely decorated and clean however only bad thing was there was hair near the kettle and bit of black mould in the shower. Also due to the location it’s wonderful of you enjoy night life but if you are looking for somewhere quiet you may not get that as you can hear people outside but other than that it’s wonderful place to stay

A 2 night stay in Manchester for a gig and football. Handily placed for both venue and station. No issues, and met my needs for the duration.

When we arrived the staff didn’t even acknowledge us at reception even though they could see we had just come in with our bags. The reception wasn’t even busy we were the only ones at the desk and another lady using the machine on the side. No one even directed us to the self service check in machines we just went use the machine ourselves. It was only on the day we were checking out we had help from staff, we definitely expected more friendly service upon checking in.

It was basic, a bit outdated. Manageable if you’re on a budget. Unable to connect to tv to stream, staff were unable to help or gain have enough space to access hdmi port. Area is busy but 10 min walk to town.

Nice and easy!

Stayed for 2 nights for a birthday weekend. Hotel was lovely and really easy with car parking, checking in, getting into the room and extras the staff had done for me to decorate the room for the birthday surprise.
