Perfect location to arena
We stayed here as we attended an event at the AO Arena. The location could not have been better as it’s a stones throw away. Nice bar area, big clean rooms. Would come back.

Perfect hotel
Open air car park available nearby for vans and high sided vehicles. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and willing. Hotel isn’t too far from the AO arena where we were visiting

A great night’s stay
It was a wonderful stay. The check in staff were extremely friendly and efficient. They were very caring, given my late arrival due to train delays. The room was spacious and clean, with everything in order as expected. All in all and great one night stay

We had a great stay
The hotel was great very Morden the reception staff couldn't do enough for us i requested extra pillows and they were delivered to my room so quickly room service was great and food from the restaurant was lovley a little pricey but good portion size, the room was very clean and comfortable with good drinks facilities, the only complaint i have is the swimming pool the water was very not clear and did not look clean and pool was very dark and not being able to see the bottom other than that we had a fabulous stay

Central location, but the room needs some refurbishment, black mildew noted under sink rim and around base of walk in shower , also noted a few carpet stains and the body wash container was empty in the shower. Would benefit from having the option to have more than one pillow and a small fridge . The cost of a sharing bag of crisp was over £6 , which I feel was daylight robbery.

Ordered a baby cot and checked 3 times (hotels.com, with hotel online and on arrival) but had an infant bed next to a bedside table with sharp corners instead. Check-in was 30mins late and I had to ask twice despite being told that they'd let me know. Had 2 drinks vouchers as apology, but that's not the point. Only had two sets of towels for 2 adults and 1 child.

Convenient, nice breakfast, a little grubby
Very convenient location right across the road from the ao arena, nice enough staff and a small bit pleasant pool with sauna. Breakfast was very nice too. Overall the hotel is a bit tired and parts of it, though not the bedding we're a bit grubby. Lots of stains on the carpet including when we pushed the single beds together, a patch of dried vomit which was a bit off putting. Staff apologised but didn't offer any recompense.

Staff are lovely- can't fault the reception team. Great with my child. Rooms great- but need more pillows for the bed. One is not enough. We were first at breakfast and it was cold. This happened both days- and it's not cheap! Second time staying here and both time no towels available for the pool.

We booked a king bed but we're placed in a room with two singles. At 9am e we're disturbed by hammering and drilling in the next room. Front desk said refurbishments were ongoing. In addition check in was slow and unhelpful when we complained about the room and noise.
