Easy check in and lovely, friendly staff. The hotel and staff are very accommodating and had all the amenities required. Lift situation upon check out was very busy we waited for around 5 minutes to a lift. If on a lower floor would recommend stairs if possible.

Spotlessly clean apartment, well appointed, friendly and professional staff and superb location (less than a minute's walk to Piccadilly Train Station).
