Terrible service,prices are very very high ,poor quality food,restaurant is not right on the beach as they made seems on the hotel information, DO NOT STAY HERE,FRONT Desk staff do not have skills how treat customers,,at restaurant they have only one plate from all the dishes,same on the beverages, so disappointed ,plus they charge like it is one of the best hotel in town and for sure there are many many others much better

Una mala experiencia, en general. Decepcionante.
Nuestra estadia fue decepcionante, la comida es regular. Pedimos una dieta de pollo y estaba super grasosa, y el encargado dijo que era por las patas de pollo hervidas. Esto me dejo muy sorprendida he comido dieta de pollo en muchos restaurantes y lo hacen de pechuga de pollo. El arroz con mariscos tenia restos de fideos. No prenden las luces en los pasillos de noche son muy oscuros. Tienen un letrero donde indica que no aceptan que los huespedes pidan delivery, sin embargo no habia productos para comprar en el hotel. No habia agua en botella para comprar, que es lo indispensable lo que te obliga a ir a comprar al pueblo que esta a 5 kilometros. Eso si te ofrecen servicio de mototaxi, obvio con pago. Ademas de todo esto no habia internet. Ademas ofrecen servicio de mototaxi para los huespedes, pero el servicio es pesimo. La piscina estaba llena de mosquitos. El joven de recepcion tiene una mala actitud para atender a los huespedes.

Teniamos miedo por los comentarios negativos que reflejaban en la página, pero cada experiencia es diferente, decidimos reservar en este hotel y tuvimos una experiencia linda. Pasamos unos días agradables, los chicos super amables, atentos y práctivos. Las habitaciones siempre limpias y las instalaciones también. La comida deliciosa y si tendría que observar algo sería que mejoraran un poco el desayuno, pero en términos generales todo muy bien. Nos sentimos cómodos.

Nos recibieron de muy mala manera 4 venezolanos los cuales sabiendo que estaban pagados por interno nos cobraban de nuevo,no dijeron ademas que por que estabamos reclamando "se reservan el derecho de admision" y eso es para denunciarlos, luego el adminstrador cotejo que si, verdaderamente estaba pagado, luego nos cedieron 2 camas muy mal presentadas en la habitacion y nosotros pedimos king sise y no lo recibimos.... luego recien vieron la reserva y nos cambiaron ...en la mañana nos querian cobrar nuevamente el desayuno cosa que si estaba incluido en el pago .... total la pasamos muy mal en ese hotel... eramos 4 personas y totalmente insatisfecho

En cuanto a la limpieza de habitacion todo bien,la piscina tenia el agua turbia,el desayuno que esta incluido en el pago deja mucho que desear todo los dias se sirve lo mismo mermelada y mantequilla,no hay mucha variedad de platos y el.costo no compensa con lo que pagas no es muy buena la sazon de la.comida,quize hacer mi reclamo en el libro de reclamaciones y el administrador se nego a darme...no lo recomiendo..

Rimelig strandhotell
Hotellet ligger fint til på stranda noen kilometer sør for Mancora. Veien fra Mancora til hotellet er stort sett en humpete grus- og jordvei, som noen steder har litt asfalt. Vi brukte stort sett tuktuk til og fra byen. Det var billig og fungerte greit. Til 500 kroner pr. natt stod hotellet ok til forventningene. Bra service. Frokosten består av hveteboller med syltetøy og te eller kaffe. Veldig enkel, men det var kjøleskap på rommet pluss bord og et par stoler, så mulighet for å handle inn litt ekstra i byen og spise litt på rommet. Vi spiste middag på hotellet en kveld. Middels ok. Delfinen i sentrum er en grei restaurant. Minus: Ikke glass, kopper, te/kaffe eller lignende på rommet. Heller ikke dusjsåpe og shampo, noe man bør kunne forvente. Det får man kjøpe i byen. Det er bare WiFi i resepsjonen og restauranten. Pluss: bra air-condition, kabel-TV/satelitt, egen balkong med havutsikt, basseng og ikke minst beliggenhet rett på stranden. Vi fikk også et rom som hadde ganske bra størrelse. Helt grei seng.

Me agrado bastante la buena actitud del mozo nos ayudó cuando en recepción ya se habían ido todos y ni el control nos habían dado. En mi habitación tenía un ventilador que la verdad no servía y un aire acondicionado malogrado de adorno, sería bueno arreglar eso. El desayuno podría haber variado por distintos días que te quedes en el hotel.

Eh visitado varios hoteles en la misma zona y todos ofrecen lo mismo, la atención es muy buena al igual que el lugar hermoso, pero los precios en la carta son muy elevados, no hay variedad de comidas precios altos
