Room was still being cleaned when we arrived so we had to wait, found a bug in my milk during breakfast, and I’ve never had to wait so long for an elevator. But the staff are very friendly and eager to help, and overall the hotel is very nice.

Clean, wonderful powerful shower. Friendly staff, room service catering options. Went to the restuarant, but 2 hour waiting list, so we had to eat elsewhere. Would suggest priority reserve for staying guests. Perhaps 7 to 10pm for paying residents only.

Breakfast buffet ran out of food (half of the main choices) and there is stil 1.5 hours of service. had to wait for 20 minutes before a table became available. Strong smell of hypochlorite solution in bathroom/ elevator hallway. you had to wait long to get into the small elevator.

What an amazing place! It's exactly what you want and need, no matter what you need! If you want to just relax the rooms are extremely comfy and spacious, plus they offer free memory foam toppers if you need and much more for extra comfort. If you're looking to enjoy a night out there's plenty of walkable places to go to or you can simply head to the 32 floor to enjoy their popular rooftop bar/restaurant. Stayed two separate times during my trip and will definitely stay again!
