On a busy street, the traffic noise can be annoying. However, the amenities are good. Spacious room and the internet is fast enough for corporate mobile work. Additionally, i was delighted by their restaurant which is predominantly Korean and it was very good. For a budget stay, i would definitely recommend this place.

Like - very close to a big shopping mall and cemetery where my parents are buried. Staff do their best. Dislike - not good price for the quality of the facilities. Unsafe in the evening. Crossing the street is a challenge.
