Really love this hotel, location, the staff, the room’s great too especially coz we got an upgrade. One of the 3 elevators was out of service so a little bit of a wait to get on one.

Well trained staff from bellhops to staff in restaurants. Big rooms and well appointed bathroom. WiFi works good, gym is anAnytime fitness so equipment is complete. 3 or 4 HBO channels. No CNBC but has Bloomberg. Free self parking but difficult to find due to poor signage. Connected to Robinsons mall and supermarket via 3rd floor walkway

Carpet was not vacuumed when we checked in. No safe installed. Towels smell like old wet rugs. Bed linen and towels should be sparkling white. There was a mould like smell in the room. Service crews are excellwnt though.
