False Address. Shows in Expedia as Carusso Tower but unit assigned to us was in Emanuele Tower. We had to walk around the building with 3 luggages to find the correct tower. We had to wait for a Jobert to assist us in check in, which turned out to be in a day off. Good thing after few minutes - Kim was assigned to help us get to the room (Kim was helpful), then Josie continued the process (she tried her best to make up for the inconvenience). Chaotic concept. It will help if advertisement will be truthful so we know what to expect. Did not help that front desk Mildred does not seem to be engaging. Worst check in experience. No Globe signal in the lobby, dead spot, inconvenient Balcony door is not aligned, no lock There’s some sewage smell in the unit that they are trying to mask with air fresheners.

Studio apartment with large bed and desk. Kitchenette with mini-fridge and table settings for two people. Great view of Venice Mall, which has lots of food and shopping options. The concierge at the front desk can help you contact the host if you do not have phone access in the Philippines.
