Stayed at Microtel 3 times in 2 weeks. The location is great, being right next to the Mall of Asia. There are dining options galore around Microtel. The room attendant, front desk people & the bellhops are all nice & friendly. The property's age is showing. The AC works quite well. Though our room was next to the street, it wasn't that noisy & I couldn't hear the conversation of the people next door though I'm a very light sleeper. Room service took 45-60 minutes to deliver our pizza order at midnight. Millie's however, was a different story. It took them 30 min. to deliver our brewed coffee though only 2 tables were occupied. It took 45 minutes for our omelets to be served. The servers have the efficiency of freshman restaurant & hotel management students. The hotel is nicely located but the service at Millie's ought to be improved.

We stayed for a few days in between trips to other cities. We left our bags at luggage storage. Bags were fine when we came back. Vehicular noise can keep one up because it's right next to a busy street. There's a restaurant on first floor called Millie's which is a good restaurant as long as one is not in a hurry. The bellhop named Jing is very helpful & the room attendant named Kristan of Isabella is a hard worker & keeps the rooms clean. I'd stay here again for the conveniece of being close to restaurants in & near MOA. The hotel is close to the airport- around a 20 minute drive. For the price & convenience, I'd stay here again. It also has 3 large trash cans, uncommon in many hotel rooms.

Place is great. Stay there every time we go to Manila. Either side of the hotel has great views. One side has city and the other harbor.
