To be honest I did not expect much from this hotel. But the friendliness from all the staff blew me away. They truly bent over backwards to help me with everything. They also had an impressive breakfast spread. Valet parking was a nice touch as well. Thank you very much.

Great hotel on an international standard. Stayed at many Philippines properties but Novetel is very similar to good US hotels. Good pressured water, clean, modern . It would be great to update to SMART TVs otherwise good stay and felt very safe. Loved that the mall is next door.

There's several to like and a few development areas to work on - so i will start with improvement areas: (1) In-room dining requires plenty of patience, we tried for 20-30 mins, nobody answers the call even. (2) Service at the executive lounge is not at par with competitors - while there are a few people, the accessibility to individuals available to support you is even more rare. (3) Airport transfer arrangement - be willing to part with your credit card information via unsecured means - email - and they will ask for it to guarantee your pick up even after you have fully paid the hotel for your stay. There are plenty to like as well - (1) location is the best esp if you plan to catch a show at Araneta + proximity to plenty of food options. (2) Room is in good condition, better than expected vs the brand - we got the exec suite (3) check-in is within expectation, spa is good

Supurb!
That was the 5th time my wife stayed there and it was always a pleasure for her. It's one of her favorite hotel to stay at. Room is always clean and perfect size, customer service was fantastic, staff were accommodating from the guards to the hotel staffs, breakfast were delicious and always fresh, fast internet too. Will always come back here whenever my wife needs to be around that area.

Novotel hotel is the best hotel I have experienced. I will be returning. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was 5star buffet. I couldn’t believe the amount of respect and hospitality they gave. No other hotel in Manila can compare.
