STAFF ARE EXCELLENT IN REPRESENTING THE PREMISES SO ITS A SHAME THE PROPERTY ITSELF LETS EVERYBODY DOWN. PROPERTY IS OUTDATED, TERRIBLE MOULDY SMELLS IN ROOMS, PHOTOS WERE OBVIOUSLY TAKEN WHEN HOTEL WAS RENOVATED OR REFURBISHED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT AN ACCURATE DESCRIPTION. WILL SAY AGAIN STAFF WERE ALL ROUND EXCELLENT.

Summit Hotel
Overall staff were really great and helpful and the hotel location is walking distance to the mall or convenient stores. The WiFi was excellent which I needed for my international meetings and work. Something to address though is there were three (3)instances where I had small cockroaches in the room. One went across the table, the other underneath the refrigerator and the other crawling on the sink.

ive stayed here 4x and as always room was spic and span. Facilities are great gym pool and proximity to food, services and shopping courts are stones throw away. Our AC unit leaked all over our suitcases. The bathroom shower floors were filthy and sticky upon arrival. Beds were clean and comfy. Cafe/breakfast Buffet is a 6.5/10. Location is walking distance from Green Hills, lots of restaurants and Unimart. Overall 7/10.

I like how the room and lobby smell so good, but there is no water coming from faucet and bowl, i called service desk, but until we checked out nothing was fix
