Mr Rem, the technician assisted and addressed the issue i had with the TV. He did an awesome job troubleshooting issue with the TV connections/ internet. He knows what exactly his doing. Thumbs up.

Unfortunately if you are on a lower floor, the street noise is extremely noisy as the seals on windows are poor. In addition the aircon in our room was extremely noisy so didnt get much sleep.

I see that each room has an artist's drawing on the wall. I like this very much! Very friendly staff Attentive cleaning Minimal but adequate facilities Shower water pressure is fine! : ) I was surprised at how cheap these rooms were! There was a café on the ground floor, but I regret not having included breakfast. Next time I come back, I would definitely like to have breakfast included and a good cup of coffee. I was also very impressed by the fact that the staff said my name, which made me a fan of this hotel. I would recommend this hotel.
